Morant was livestreaming his visit to a strip club. At one point, the basketball player began waving a gun in front of a topless dancer in the video and bragging about the gun.

Morant’s behavior was met with much disapproval and criticism. The basketball player posted an apology on his profile and said he intends to seek professional help to find better ways to deal with stress and well-being.

“I apologize to my family, teammates, coaches, fans, partners, the city of Memphis, and the entire Grizzlies organization for letting you down. I’m going to take the time to get help and work on learning better ways to deal with stress and overall well-being. ” – wrote the basketball player.

The basketball player will not escape the consequences. The Memphis Grizzles issued a statement announcing that Morant would be absent from the team for at least the next two games for the club. The NBA may also take action to penalize Morant for misconduct.
